This place has been open a while but it feels new. It is great to travel with a family and have things go so effortlessly, The thought put into the user experience is clear, you can always get a reservation, room service is quick and perfect, many hot tubs, sitting areas, so nothing ever feels crowded. Worth every penny

We loved our stay at this gorgeous resort. The highlights were the phenomenal breakfasts and dinners. Make sure to try the cowboy cookie desert! The service is wonderful, especially the dining service. We received many insider hiking tips from the awesome wait staff at breakfast and dinner. Valet service is exceptional. Location is excellent, close to hiking and the village, but far enough away to feel remote and quiet. We will be back!

We had a fantastic five-star stay at the Four Seasons for our anniversary. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that had a wonderful view of the valley. The suite was quite large with a comfortable and well appointed living and dining area (huge couch; dining table for four; mini bar; fireplace; bose speaker), two full baths, and a wonderfully quiet bedroom. We slept like babies in the Four Seasons bed which we were able to customize on the app to our levels of firmness and comfort. We greatly enjoyed the deep soaking tub with the Le Labo products (omg the hinoki smell is to die for!). We opted for in room dining all mornings and it was beautifully presented and so relaxing to eat in front of our fireplace. We felt that all of the small touches were never overlooked. Housekeeping noticed we had long phone cords and provided us little leather clips to help keep them neat, for example. In the Ascent Lounge we were playing cards and the staff brought over a notepad for us to keep score. Things like that showed they were observant. Everyone was friendly from check in to the Speakeasy (a must visit for adults!). I also visited the spa and my massage was well worth the price. I especially loved the steam room and cold plunge. So relaxing! Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom resort view suite with 2 adults and 2 children for 5-6 nights. Room: While cozy at roughly 800sf, the room was pretty well designed with a large mud-room type foyer and 2 full baths which is key for a family of 4. The fireplace serves nicely to dry out ski gear. The only complaint is the incredibly dry air in winter months. I only wish they could humidify the air more. Housekeeping: No big complaints. As long as you use the App and tell them exactly what you need. On day 1 they were still cleaning our room at 4:30pm, after we arrived back, tired from the slopes. That was annoying. But after that, we just used the app to specify the times we needed them and it was no problem. Service: Mostly excellent service. The manager at the Handle Bar recognized me by name even during a busy lunch rush. And the manager at the Omakase went out of her way to get us last minute reservations. Even the valet offered us a ride to Teton Thai (when he saw we were going to walk) as we didn’t know rides were available. The only hiccup was at Check In. It lacked the hospitality of other FS check ins we’ve experienced. Usually it is a peaceful and welcoming time after a long journey - this one felt transactional and the lobby was crowded with crying babies. I wish they had a separate area for Check In. Ski Concierge: the people were great and it’s super convenient to have rentals and storage on site. However, for snowboarders, they did not have enough children equipment so we had to go next door to rent gear. Not a great FS experience to have to go next door. Concierge: we did not utilize the concierge too much. But, the concierge helped us book a Yellowstone Snowcoach Tour of Old Faithful. It was outsourced to Scenic Safaris and this was not a tour that should be associated with FS standards. So beware of what tours they book you with. Room Service: overall, excellent. They even helped pack several to-go breakfasts for us when we had to leave early in the morning for tours. Restaurants: Handle Bar is great for lunch. Ascent Lounge has a solid dinner/tapas type menu. The Westbank Grill was great for breakfast and dinner. Overall, food was solid. 80 Proof: they had a speakeasy bar which was awesome. The 2 guys there explain every drink and provided a special evening. Overall: a great property. While I could tell some employees were seasonal, I think everyone was well trained and doing their best. This was my 3rd FS stay this year (Oahu, Tamarindo) and JS was my favorite this year.

It’s with great sadness I give a Four Seasons property 2 stars: very few hotel brands are as consistently good, but this one is a flop. The location and property are great, but the service and detail orientation is average. I had several bill mishaps (aka: being charged for bottles of wine and ski rentals that weren’t mine) . And a general lax attitude to any general questions. No welcome drink, no map or general property tour, no personal acknowledgment- which is a big departure from the brand. Examples: Questions about ski details were delegated several times (example: I was told to walk to the off property pass office to get them answered as the staff hadn’t skied and didn’t know). Compare this to the Four Seasons Whistler that provides an epic ski Conceirge service along with heated boots. This pet friendly property didn’t acknowledge the existence of my dogs,: compare that to the Four Seasons Seattle that gives pet beds and water bowls unprompted in the room. Room service is painfully lacking and overpriced, although meals in the restaurant were solid. Several of my daily interactions were with management, so I assume this hotel has a different tone from the top. Lastly: don’t call me “Mr” by default, women can afford your hotels too.
