Comfort Inn & Suites Gillette near Campbell Medical Center

Nothing to complain about here other than the room did face the freeway so it was noisy if you wanted to have the window open. Other than that the service was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Had a pleasant and restful stay. Not fancy or new, but the bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were gold quality, the location was convenient and safe, and the staff were friendly. It was a great value, especially considering the price of hotels in other locations along I-90.

This property was a great value and met all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable with a breakfast that exceeded my expectations at the price point. The breakfast is included in the room rate. If I found myself in town again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Chose this property because it had a pool and free breakfast and both did not disappoint. The pool was warm and quite large. The kids played for hours. Hot tub was great too. The breakfast was also great, one of the best on our road trip so far. “Omelets” were tasty and hot. Lots of choices and my daughter loved the chocolate waffle. Beds were super comfortable. We had a room with 2 queens and there was a small chair and footstool and a table and 2 chairs. The extra space to move and spread out was nice. Very friendly staff!!! Could use a bell at the front desk because it took about 5 minutes for someone to welcome me and check me in but my family was unloading the van so it wasn’t an issue. The rest of the time the desk was staffed so not sure why the issue when I arrived.

We had a problem during the day and we're running very late. We would be arriving around midnight. First time this has happened to us in 40 years of travelling. I called the hotel about an hour before arrival to let them know we would be very late. I asked the hotel, could you please turn on the air conditioner since we were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. We showed up and the room was cold and perfect. We were asleep within 20 minutes. I cannot thank the front desk staff enough for taking care of this. Front desk staff hospitality, great air conditioning, comfortable beds and a clean room were just what the doctor ordered. Bravo.
