Night chick at desk seemed a bit frazzled when checking in, a hearing impaired guest couldn't get their TV to work, she tried and no results. What I don't like is the extra $200 deposit on room when you have a Cheyenne address. And why is it not refundable at checkout, waiting 3 days is ridiculous! When 1 is renovating house or entertaining family or whatever the case may b, the extra deposit is ridiculous. Why do you punish local patrons?! It's a bad community minded policy. I don't recommend this place!

This is our go-to place to stay in Cheyenne. Friendly, helpful front desk. The previous guest had messesd up the TV and dek clerk was able to get it back o noral. The bathrom looks remodeled - comfort level, elongated bowl toilet. shower/bath looks very new. Comfortable bed. We didn't eat breakfast since we had to leave early. This stay was paid for with the Wyndahm points. Good value to get thier no annual fee credit card.

The front desk staff was very friendly. She gave us advice for dinner. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast as the usual fare of cereals, breads, yogurts, waffles and hard cooked eggs. Check in and out was easy. Parking was at the door.

Short stop before returning to the airport. This is a budget hotel and is 'no frills' so don't expect luxury. However we were well looked after the staff were brilliant. The hotel itself is a bit tired and could do with a spruce up. Towels and bed linen could be renewed and carpets in bedrooms would be nice. Breakfast was ok - endless coffee available, which was great.
