Great value for a tidy little motel. The desk clerk (owner?) was very nice. My room was newly renovated; spacious, clean and comfortable. It was quiet and safe. Wifi and TV were good. Park right in front of your room. For the price you can’t beat it.

I was initially worried with this place by looking at the outside but the rooms are brand new and beautiful. The Gentleman who checked me in was also helpful and offered me local food menus. Don’t pass this place up. Support a Mom and Pop business. You won’t be sorry.

First of all...the Manager - John - was the best! He was super friendly and accommodating. He showed us our room before we actually booked it to be sure we would be satisfied. If you love a drive up motel like we do, this one was great. The room was newly remodeled, spacious and clean. Helpful points... Bring your own coffee pot and coffee if you like to have it in the room before going out. However, there is coffee available in the office and John made me a fresh pot =). The bedspreads could use an update but hey for the price... we were satisfied overall! We truly enjoyed our stayed there and would definitely stay again if we get back that way!

Warm, sincere welcome from John. It's amazing what a warm welcome can do! Lovely, spacious, newly remodeled room. Easy access from I 25. Close to downtown Cheyenne. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok first thing I noticed was the room smelled like mold when I opened the door and hadn't been cleaned...at all. Mud on the floor, dirty sheets and the bathroom was disgusting. Like the tub was black with grime and dirt. They have no refunds posted on the front desk And I poured for a week so I was like whatever and tried to clean up myself. Next I noticed that only 2 outlets work and they have the TV and fridge plugged into them so I had to unplug one to charge my phone. And most have no safety cover on them just exposed wires chilling. Handles broken off furniture with exposed screws sticking out. I thought the TV didn't work until I wiggled the plug and held it in place and it came on but the free Wi-Fi doesn't reach beyond the front desk so I couldn't use that in my room either. The window in the bathroom had been broken out and repaired with duct and packing tape. There are cigarette burns everywhere ...in the furniture in the bedspread. I thought the worst was over and then I saw a mouse come running out from under the bed. No wonder they have a no refund policy. Don't stay here unless indoor plumbing is an upgrade and you don't mind roving crack heads, creepers peeking in your window, neighbors fighting in the parking lot and a little pestilence.
