The hotel is clean and rooms are nicely decorated. I don’t however feel that they are client focused- we stayed here because of the bar restaurant and they closed early on a Friday night.. and also when I paid for a full breakfast and I was working at the table the lady told me at 10:01 I had to move so she could clean.. I thought that was pretty rude- the front desk person could not have reset the one table when I left? I stay in a lot of Hilton gardens and I felt like while everyone was nice, I was an inconvenience to their job at times.

Came up for a work trip and staff were very professional and the room was clean and spacious enough for everything I brought with me. Only bummer is there is no complementary breakfast which isn't life changing. The staff were very professional ensuring that I had everything that I needed.

The hotel is under remodel so the entire lobby was a mess. The rooms were finished and nice. However, the entire stay was ruined by the lady running the free breakfast area. She acts like she is the one giving you the free breakfast and you owe her a tip. She is loud and obnoxious. After breakfast, I went to grab a muffin from the buffet area to take with me on my days work and she said I couldn't come back and not to take it. The next day I did the same thing and she told me she warned me yesterday and to not do it again. She is out of control. I saw her being very rude to some high school students staying there.

When booking a room, the website clearly states that the pool and hot tub are closed for renovation. Honesty appreciated, however, potential guests are not told that the entire first and second floors of the hotel are undergoing renovation. The lobby, check-in desk, restaurant--everything. (Temporary check-in is via the back door, in a dumpy hallway. A small, ground-floor restaurant is also available.) The rear parking lot is packed with equipment and supplies, making many parking spaces unavailable. On check-in day, I received a text advising about the construction and temporary entrance. Our third-floor room and adjacent hallway was newly remodeled and very nice, but also smelled of paint and rubber. This hotel will be lovely once the construction is done, but not now. Hilton should be disclosing this and not charging the normal nightly rate.

I guess I missed that the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. That’s good, but it’s several months (at least) away from being complete. Beds were fine. I bring my own pillow because all hotel pillows are terrible. They provided a continental breakfast because the restaurant is closed, but it was of poorest quality. I’d consider staying here again, but only after all the work is done.
