We booked our room in February, excited to see the new changes since the remodel. We had small children so we were looking forward to a smaller waterpark. They sent me a link on the Thursday before our visit to check in because they are a paperless hotel, I thought everything was going smoothly until we arrived. It was only then we were informed the indoor waterpark was closed until May. It was a holiday weekend and we had 4 kids expecting a waterpark. Our choices were cancel our reservation or if we filled out a review they would give us passes to an even smaller waterpark at a different sold out hotel. We opted to cancel the reservation, and spent the next hour trying to find another hotel. Had the pre check in email stated the indoor waterpark was closed, I would've cancelled then and had a whole day to find another hotel rather than looking with a car full of disappointed kids.

I went here with my family on a vacation a couple years ago, and there were red stains on the walls, carpets, and ceilings. Our microwave didnât work, and it smelled like skunk in our room. The outside waterpark was completely covered in lily pads and frogs. The sound of the frogs outside at night was deafening. The inside waterpark was okay ish and had a few slides, but the life guard wasnât doing his job, and my 12 year old cousin had to save someone who was drowning. The pictures posted on the Polynesian website are not real at all. The rooms had paint peeling off the walls and holes were in the couch. Every few steps in the room there were vomit stains on the carpet, and on the balcony there were flipped over chairs with trash covering it. There was moldy grout in showers, and there was a pervasive smell of pot throughout the hallways. The junker cars in the parking lot gave us the impression that it was a drug den. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I dint know what to do. I paud $691 dollars on priceline for an upcoming stay from March 7 to april 3 while our apartment is being renovated. I chide this hotel because it had best price. I got a confirmation from priceline but it days to contact the hotel. Literally for the past 3 fats I have been trying to call the place theres never an answer. Then it sends you to a voice mail box that days it's full and can't take anymore messages. I've also emailed them repeatedly with no response. The girl st priceline has also tried to contact the hotel with no luck. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked with them. Now what am I supposed to do. Someone better refund my money and fast because we need that money back to get a different hotel.

We arrived and the hotel looked outdated from outside, we thought ok maybe it will be nicer inside. Total disappointment, from the moment we went inside all we could smell was weed and cigarettes smoke.... thank goodness our room didn't smell but floors were dirty and toilet wasn't cleaned...still had a turd in it...disgusting... Uploaded pictures of garbage pieces on the floor and the nasty uncleaned toilet. The only thing I can say positive is that kids had fun in the only pool open from many outside, half the outer Waterpark wasn't open water dirty,.... The indoor kids water slides and lazy river was great!!! Well we got what we paid for I guess... just glad we only stayed 1night!!

While staying at the "waterpark capital of the world" this hotel brags about the indoor pool, lazy river, slides but they don't tell you until you get there that it is only open Thursday through Sunday 3:30-9:00. It says only one outdoor pool is open, however it is only open those same days. Talk about disappointed kids. What is the point of staying in a subpar hotel with no amenities. If you want, they allow you to drive 2 miles across town to use a cheaper hotel's pool. Super inconvenient. Very disappointed Do not recommend staying here.
