Despite being a kitchenette you have to pay for a set of cooking pans, set of dishes (per person). Our refrigerator had condensation or some other problem so there was. As puddle of water inside it every day. The hair dryer didn’t work at all despite pushing the reset button; luckily I had my own. Nothing was provided in the bathroom except for one bar of soap—-no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup wipes, Kleenex. We had bath towels and washcloth but no hand towels. Instructions said to take your own trash outside but on the day we checked out the trash bins were overflowing and no trash removed. I do have to say the king bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. But NEVER AGAIN will I stay there when even the basic provisions were not included. You had to pay extra if you wanted to change out your towels before their designated schedule. I wouldn’t be surprised if next time you had to buy or bring your own toilet paper!!!!! Very disappointed in this place😫👎🏽

Dynasty and staff have been great. Bro is awesome also would definitely highly recommend to friends. They are very courteous and great. It has been a great time and bri for maintenance is top notch. Always willing to help. It has been a pleasure living here

not only my room but my friends rooms are dirty and not cleaned properly it’s like they didn’t even try to clean them let’s just say there was body fluids everywhere which is disgusting to see especially when you just arrived from a long car ride and ready to sleep and relax

Love the management & the very outstanding team they have here very respectful, professional, kind, and helpful with anything that’s needed they make sure it’s all handled, definitely will tell others

Great workers especially in the am the two women in the morning shift are very helpful and friendly great communication I’m having a great stay very highly recommend you should stay everyone is helpful
