My reservation was messed up. The Manager and the nite cleark were Great. But in the Morning,the am cleark was extremely rude. I was frustrated with all the confusion. Just decided to go somewhere else. Was told by this cleark woman RUDELY "FINE May You have the day YOU deserve". Was childish, and unprofessional

We were greeted cheerfully and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was hot and ready. The room clean and very comfortable and the shower was great. Water pressure is always important to me. I have stayed at a lot of Choice hotels in the past and this was by far one of the best I had ever stayed in and priced very well. We will definitely be staying again when we are in the area or Racine.

Loved the new of the hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast items were delicious. Loved chocolate waffles. Cleanliness of the hotel was very good, hotel smells fresh throughout. we will be using this hotel again and recommend to our family who stays in town during Christmas holidays. Thank you for a wonderful hosting.

Stayed one night at this apparently newer hotel. Medium-sized, non-carpeted room/bath was clean. (Rooms appear designed to be easily cleanable - mostly hard surfaces, no upholstery.) The king bed was comfortable. Especially like the reading lights (in addition to the lamps) on each side of the king bed. There was no closet, but a free-standing open wardrobe for hanging clothes plus a couple of drawers below. Refrigerator /microwave/AC worked okay. Breakfast was okay. At check-out, manager graciously inquired if everything had been okay (yes) and if there could be any improvements (couldn't think of anything at the time, although the vanity lighting could have been brighter). Would stay again if in the Racine area.

Having stayed here before I was pleasantly surprise at how much the hotel and rooms have been upgraded. It is now a wonderful place to stay while in Racine. The staff, facilities, rooms, breakfast were all above expectations. I would highly recommend this motel for your stay in Racine WI.
