We just spent 6 nights at the Delta in Green Bay. Nice modern hotel. The front desk staff were friendly. The big negative is the housekeeping. They did not service the room for 2 straight days even though we had requested shower soap and Kleenex one morning as we were leaving the room. Too bad as the hotel has been upgraded nicely in all other areas.

Just arrived, and I was able to check in shortly after we registered. We didn't have a reservation. The young lady at the front desk (Gabriel?) was fantastic. I think she raised our spirits with her smile and charming personality. She is a plus for your hotel.

Hotel is less than impressive, and I would not recommend staying here. We were way overcharged for a room coming into town for a Packers game. I can see why others were sold out already. I'd give it a 1/2- or 2-star rating at best. The front desk was not helpful and couldn't even provide much for a recommendation for dinner. Room was extremely small and tight with the door to the bathroom in front of the main door when opened. Speaking of bathroom, the shower was nice, but overall, very small. A/C would keep running and the room got very hot overnight. No was to even leave the fan running. It was off or auto only. Pool area was nice and great waterslide. The issue was that it was cold in the pool area and the water was freezing. Expensive food options in the hotel and not free breakfast with the stay.

When I travel to Green Bay for Packers games I usually stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites nearby this hotel. However, the Fairfield Inn switched to a Comfort Inn. As a platinum-level Marriott member, I did not want to stay at a Comfort Inn. So, I ended up at this Marriott hotel. Interestingly, this facility is located on Ramada Way, but none of the hotels on this street are the Ramadas. First impressions are important. I checked in on a Friday night in Sept. around 10 p.m. The young lady working at reception was so incompetent that I thought I was watching a movie, that someone was going to pop out behind a screen and say "surprise!" She repeated some questions to me twice, even though I had answered them already. When I asked her about the hotel, she was clueless. I asked her about the possibility of getting a complimentary upgrade due to my Marriott status. She seemed perplexed. She also had difficulty figuring out what my room rate was, even though I had booked it online with a fixed rate. Not a pleasant way to start your stay. This hotel is otherwise OK. My room was fairly large and clean. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave. They offer recycling facilities in the hallways, not in the rooms. There is a swimming pool with a water slide and a workout room. Due to my being platinum, I was able to access the fifth floor pantry. They had an assortment of snacks, some of them healthy. I was pleasantly surprised. This is available 24 hours a day. Unlike the Fairfield Inn & Suites (which used to exist nearby), this hotel does not offer breakfast included in the room rate, so the pantry was a pretty good substitute. There is a restaurant on the premises, Urban 80, but I did not try it during my stay.

Walked in with me 3 kids to check in and wasn't even greeted by front desk staff. Walked up to the front desk and asked to check in, girl disappears into the back office without hardly saying a word to me. Comes back out a couple minutes later and tells me I've been walked. I made a reservation at this hotel specifically for the pool. Told my kids all about the slide. I made a reservation several days in advance. Does a reservation not reserve a room? What is the point of a reservation? Told me we could still use the pool. Sure, sounds fun for us to come in and change out of wet swim suits in a tiny public restroom. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for the 4 of us. Got to our new hotel and was given a room with 1 king and a pullout. 1 King and a pullout is not the same as 2 queens. Terrible service. Stop overbooking rooms!
