During a recent stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and commitment of the staff, especially during a major snowstorm paired with extreme cold weather. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the entire team was dedicated to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, even under challenging conditions. Casandra, the General Manager, exemplified outstanding leadership, and true concern for the safety of front desk and housekeeping staff that may have had to travel. I also had the opportunity to speak with Casandra and Maintenance Engineer Chad, about the hotel's emergency procedures and backup power systems - very informative and reassuring. Beyond the impressive staff efforts, the quality of the stay itself was excellent. Breakfast was great and the hotel is very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to other travelers

This was the second hotel on our trip (previous hotel was also a Hampton Inn). This location looked like it was quite new. As with all our stays at Hampton Inns (our hotel of choice for cleanliness and value), it was excellent. The room was extremely clean - we had housekeeping service every other day, which suited us just fine. The lobby and breakfast area were impeccably clean and tidy. There was a wide variety of breakfast items over the days we spent there, which we greatly appreciated. Loved our time during our stay here!

A lovely setting overlooking the mountains but most importantly, a wonderful and welcoming staff. Upon check in, we were warmly greeted by Front Office Manager Conor. Over the two nights we stayed at this hotel, we were greeted by all the staff and Conor also took the time to explain the history of the area. We also enjoyed talking to the evening desk manager who greeted us as we returned each evening. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive as was the breakfast attendant who made sure everything stayed well stocked and that everyone had ample warning before the buffet shut down. The hotel was extremely clean and had a lovely outdoor covered patio to enjoy the beautiful view. I would highly recommend this hotel - primarily due to the excellent staff.

-0 stars This hotel's staff Cassandra the manager has admitted to not thoroughly cleaning each room after every guest, not even performing basic tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, or cleaning behind the bed. In fact, during my stay, I found a fishing hook and a spider in the first room I was assigned to. When I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff, Jean, the staff member on duty, seemed overwhelmed and took almost 90 minutes to check me in and assign me a new room, which was unfortunately even dirtier than the first one. To make matters worse, the manager, Cassandra, was dismissive in a meeting in our room wasting our vacation time and unhelpful during our conversation, failing to address my concerns or provide any meaningful solutions. She offered to move to another room probably dieter. The state of disrepair at the front of the building and the sad exterior lounging area with a BBQ only serve to reinforce my belief that this hotel does not deserve to be associated with the Hilton brand and is not even worthy of being called a motel.

While on a road trip thru West VA we happened upon this hotel around dinner time. We decided to call it a night and I'm glad we did. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was much appreciated. Perfect stop for us.
