Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beckley East

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and it's quiet. The workout facility is nice if you're like me and you like to walk a couple miles to unwind and clear your head before going to sleep. I haven't used the indoor pool but it looks nice. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I have stayed here several times and never had a problem.

The staff lied to me. I phoned from Canada before booking. I wanted to make sure I would be able to watch the NFL playoffs. The game was broadcast on CBS a national channel but due to issues between the hotel and cable company the game was unavailable. I immediately checked out 20 minutes later but they will not refund my money. They lied and the customer gets screwed. This place was a dump anyways, broken and stained dirty chairs in the room. I would not let my dog stay here. Stay away at all costs they lie and screw their customers.

It was horrible! There were BED BUGS!! I reported it to the staff and they refused to give me a refund. I had stained sheets and the noise was horrible. I immediately told the staff and they did nothing to help me. They said I had could not get a refund. $150 for this disgusting room

-Sink didn’t drain properly -Paint falling off the walls -Grout around tub/shower moldy -Internet was slow -has an odd smell in general -walls are paper then can hear the phone of the guest in the next room on vibrate - just do yourself a favor and choose anywhere else

Clean Room and guest area, good continental breakfast, pool and weight room open 24hrs Avoid single queen rooms if you need a refrigerator and or microwave they don't have one and are very small rooms. Great location to go to Bridge Day Red River Gorge or the Gulley Bridge
