My experience with the hotel directly was all good! When I called their reservation line it was not good at all!!! We were in the car and I thought calling would be simpler. I asked for a promotion that i had seen online. I wasn’t sure if it was an online only offer or not. The phone rep told me the promo didn’t exist and proceed to quote me a total over $200 more than I had seen online. When i say online, it was thru the hotels website not another reservation service. She said they only had 2 rooms left so I’d better book with her if I want a room. I said goodbye and we just went to the hotel direct arriving about 2 hrs later. I quickly and easily got a room with the promo and saved $227.??. Front desk was very nice! The room was nice! Comfy bed, heavy drape so we can sleep in, a nice tv with HBO & SHO, a sm wet bar area to make a sandwich or a cup of their coffee which was DELICIOUS! It’s the same coffee as they have in the restaurant which also has delicious food!! Instead of a sad breakfast buffet they have vouchers that you take to the restaurant for a free breakfast. There are 5 options meeting most dietary restrictions, fresh cooked, nice sized glass of milk or orange juice, served till 9am. Finally the pool was really enjoyable! Over Thanksgiving it was able 30F outside but the water was lovely. Heated pools/hot tubs when it’s cold outside is one of my fav things so I really enjoyed it! The pool quickly drops from 3’ to 6’ so an adult can actually swim and not hit their knees on the bottom of the pool. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice amenities. Huge hotel. Nicely arranged to find all parts of hotel with ease and with good signage. Great outside hot tub and pool area and pool still open and warm into late Nov! Restaurant staff were nice, well one of two cared on my existence. Check in guy was just ok. Not that much engaging and could crack a smile to not kill the guy. I drove a very long way with crappy slush and snow and ice to see non engagement. Was a small set back. Overall though, 4 stars. With proper engagement...5 stars!

The service is amazing, they went above and beyond their service. I was there for a week and the staff was friendly from the restaurant to the hotel. They did everything they could to make it feel like home. The beds were cozy and the food was amazing

I would never stay here again. To "save money" and supposedly use Covid procedures. They offer free breakfast buffet with coupon. However, this led to using at buffet line same large serving spoons and tongs shared by all guests. My friend and I stayed in different rooms did not share anything, both me and my friend after 3 days contracted very bad head colds, not covid, not flu, on 3rd day. Day after going home the cold turned into severe sinus infection requiring antibiotics, But worse we both got bacterail conjuctivis, requiring docter visits 2x, prescriptions for eyes. Eyes were swollen as well as face. Very painful, took 8 days to recover, its contagious. Both of us are 68 yr old females. 2nd thing they save money by not cleaning rooms for 3 days. I asked for cleaning each day and never happened. I had to trek to front desk for kleenex, tp, more towels, coffee, etc. Upon check in learned they also do not have a valet for luggage, I have RA and cannot lift heavy bags. Luckily I was on first floor. There are 2 stories and no elevators. A lady I watched checked in next day with very big bag, another smaller one, few other items. She had to lift them one at a time up stairs to 2nd level and it's a big hotel, long coridors. Bed was ok, I took my own pillow so I can't comment on that.
