closet, so that was good. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and plenty of tables. The hotel is across from a Subway sandwich shop and near to a great pizza place. My only complaint is that our vehicle was broken into while parked on the lot- our back window was broken and we ended up having to spend $600 to replace it. I asked for a copy of the incident report we had to fill out and was not allowed to have one and was told the manager would contact us about getting us a copy so we could use it if the insurance asked for it. That was 2 weeks ago - we never got it. No one seemed to care about the damage. Another vehicle was also broken into the same night and I asked if this happened often and got no definitive answer. So if you are going to park there , be aware that other than a camera there is no security in the parking lot

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud that we had to call room service. Some random person was even smoking weed like crazy. We will remember to bring a close pin next time. It is very low quality and the room sucked so much. They expected us to make our bed?! That's what the hotel is supposed to do. We had to leave early because it was such a bad experience. Also, the parking garage was extremely stressful. I also love how our belongings smell of weed now!

STANK OF WEED AND WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WE HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE STENCH WAS ATROCIOUS AND DISGUSTING. PARKING GARAGE IS LOW QUALITY AND THE HOTEL MADE OUR BELONGINGS AND US SMELL OF WEED. THE PULLOUT MATTRESS WAS LOOKING LIKE IT WAS NOT CLEANED SINCE THE 1940s

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night in December. We spent hours looking for a place to stay and finally decided on the Springhill Suites due to a promo that included free parking. Parking was a huge problem when looking for a hotel in Seattle and it saved a ton of money. The parking lot seemed a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any issues and it was large. We were so surprised at how nice the hotel rooms were. The bed was decently comfortable, the shower was hot and had great pressure. The room was extremely clean and much bigger than I thought it would be. The staff was very friendly also. My only complaint would be that they were going to be testing the fire alarms in the rooms on the day we were checking out. They knocked on our door at 8am but we didn’t answer because we were in bed asleep until they knocked. They came back at 10 but we were in the shower so they slid a note under the door about the testing. I totally understand the need for it however, we were checking out that day. There was no need to knock on our door at 8am. They easily could have came back at 11 during checkout. It would have also been nice had the staff told us they would be doing the maintenance so we might get a knock at the door. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel!
