Mike at the bar was the highlight of our stay. Super friendly, knowledgeable, worldly and we would return just to see him! The hotel and staff were great for the most part. Complementary breakfast each morning was very impressive. The location was perfect for being downtown BUT the homeless were rampant. The hotel did a phenomenal job with security at night with locked doors (access with key card after hours), key card scan to access guest rooms via elevator and valet monitoring outside. There is a homeless shelter of some sort across the way.. police were present most of the time but screaming/yelling, drug use and violent behaviors could be seen daily- no fault of the hotel what so ever but wanted to make people aware in case they have children or arenāt prepared for the environment. Again, hotel did a spectacular job at keeping the hotel secure and safe.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it is an absolutely Wonderful hotel in the grand old tradition.. All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable andhelpful. Love this place. Emily at the front desk was fantastic!!!! Rooms are great and Mike the bartender at their Polar bar was a lot of fun!

5/5 overall. Hotel is conveniently located steps from one of the light rail train stops, which makes transport to/from the airport or other main sites, a breeze. Themed decor to match the building's history yet renovated to modern standards of comfort. The bed was very comfortable after a long flight and the towels were big and fluffy. Staff was very helpful & friendly and the complimentary breakfast was fully satisfying. So glad we chose this hotel for a visit to Seattle! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay. We are Australia and we couldnāt recommend the Arctic club more highly. From quaint unique fittings to superb customer service. Feels like stepping back in time at the cocktail bar/ truly unique experience. We will be back!

So charming inside and provided a beautiful venue for the candlelight show. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff was always warm and inviting. The breakfast was also delicious and with a lot of options. We'll definitely stay again.
