They do not have breakfast when they said they had breakfast. And the showers are absolutely disgusting and there was a crack in the window when we got here very disappointed in this hotel worst hotel ever also there was a hole in the wall when we hit here to

Simply because no breakfast was available. That is not important to us at all. But, most people would like that service and most hotels offer a breakfast today. The staff served us well even showing us the room before booking. The room was spotless. It met our needs actually at the five star level. A very reasonably priced, clean and safe motel.

10/10 would recommend this hotel. They saved me from being stranded out of town with my suitcase for 3 days when no other hotel would help. The rooms are tidy and clean and the staff is fantastic. If I ever visit Quincy again, without a doubt, I WILL be staying at Quincy Inn & Suites! Thank you for everything!

Stale cigarette smoke smell in the room, when entering the room the light switch did not work, tv did not work, burn hole in one of the blankets, no smoke alarm and where it should have been was exposed wires just hanging from ceiling. When I asked for another towel and washcloth they had none. Would not recommend to anyone.

room had a stale smoke smell ,when asked for 1 extra towel they said they didn't have any, spread had a cigarette burn in it, tv remote batteries were dead,smoke detector was not in the room but wire from the ceiling was hanging down, bathroom outlet was loose and wouldn't hold the plug in,bed was ok ,pillows were flat the shower worked
