While the hotel could use some updates and its good to note that it does not have an elevator, it more than made up for it with its friendly accommodating staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds (rollaways are comfortable too), and clean pool. Thank you!

Clean, conveniently located property. Loved my clean and spacious room so much I could almost live in it! Prices were great! The front desk and housekeeping staff were great! Breakfast was great! I will plan all my future Kennewick visit stays here.

Overall our stay was good. We booked two rooms and they were about three doors apart, it would have been nice to have them side by side. The rooms are little small, but clean. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection. It would have been nice to have hot chocolate in the breakfast area. They could have restocked the food more often.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning. The facility has a nice sauna, swimming pool, and hot tub. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Centrally located for going sight seeing. I highly recommend staying here if you come to the Tri-Cities area.

Clean room but I asked for a first floor room then noticed next day that apparently price was higher but I wasn’t told that when I asked for the room on first floor. Would have been nice to know. Still nice stay. Was also a good breakfast with many choices.
