After a long day of travel we had trouble finding a room in the Olympia area. Ended up way south in chehalis and so thankful for holiday inn to be there as I’m a member only to find myself charge almost $400 for a room that normally would be $200. Very disappointing. Especially since the location was being renovated and half the parking lot was occupied with storage containers. Will definitely let Holiday Inn corporate know about the price gouging

We got a room on our IHG points for 2 persons. The "suite" was filled with a large coach and several chairs leaving a small space to come to the bathroom. Worse: the room had not been cleaned properly. There were some hair clips of former guests on the floor and on a table. People at the reception were not friendly or helpfull, I was not treated as a platinum member. This was the worse hotel of our 22 days trip using IHG hotels. Very disappointing.

The staff were very attentive to my every need and those of the other STP riders. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. It was convenient that the hotel coordinated transportation off my bag. This was a nice stay.

Bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was great! I stayed until check out. I would definitely come back sometime on my way to Oregon Gardens. I didn’t try out the pool. I liked the bathroom soaps and long tub soaks. Thanks for using DOVE.
