The Westin, hands down has the best team. My check in process was amazing! Shohn and Shandrica were engaging but professional, knowledgeable about the area and most of all…warm down to earth people. It felt great to laugh after a long day. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Then, the night bartender was so attentive and patient. I didn’t know what I wanted. The morning crew were all smiles when I came through to breakfast. Thank you for making sure my short stay was phenomenal! I will be back.

Not vert disability friendly. Could not get out of chair it's so low to ground. Toilet so low also. Not impressed at all. Sorry. View of garage roof. Also not impressed. Will not stay again. Beds eere supposed to be queen but really full size and not a queen. Internet is terrible.

I don't usually write reviews but I created a TripAdvisor account just so I could leave a review for Mack! I’m currently staying at the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center and just experienced some of the best customer service of my life. While working late into the night on some files for work, I realized I hadn’t had anything to drink in a while and went searching for a vending machine to grab a diet soda. After walking around the building with no luck, I stopped by the front desk and asked Mack if there were any vending machines on site. She kindly let me know that the hotel had recently removed the machines — but instead of stopping there, she went above and beyond by offering to grab me a soda from the staff break room and even insisted on buying it for me. That small act of kindness completely made my night! I travel to Virginia Beach regularly for work, and after this experience, I’ll be making it a point to stay at this Westin whenever I’m in town. Mack’s dedication to service should be an example for everyone involved in customer service.

The front desk went above and beyond, answering all questions, providing maps with local information, and overall southern hospitality. The food was awesome delivered to my room promptly., Hot and very tasty. The entire hotel was modern, clean, with everything in working order. The elevators were even prompt.. I have traveled extensively and this was one of my best experiences. I actually stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable and inviting. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, Megan and Sean in particular, even checked with me to make sure the accommodations were above and beyond. It felt like true southern hospitality, where the staff genuinely cared about their guests and enjoy their jobs.. I highly recommend the Westin at town center in Virginia Beach. That will be the only place I stay when I’m in that area.

We’re in town to see family for a few days. When we arrived, Maggie at the front desk was very friendly and engaging. The restaurant ā€˜Interlude’, was fabulous- I had the BEST frittata yesterday! Fresh fruit and hot coffee! That chef knows what he’s doing and the waitresses were very attentive and accommodating. At one point during our stay, my husband found the maintenance man, Shawn, and told him of our slow sink drain. That afternoon we had the drain fixed and a great note was left from DJ and a chocolate hammer! Dynamite chocolates!- they were in our room too!! The catering guy, Mark, went out of his way to accommodate us. After a brief chat with the General Manager, Christine, we felt right at home! This place really runs well and it shows! That kind of thing - the professionalism and dedication to be the best, starts at the top and shows at every level. Very happy with our stay! We’ll be back!
