Worst hotel sty in 20 years. Smelly, stinky, mold smelling with huge loud dogs barking that echoes down the hallway all night from 8PM until 5AM when I gave up on sleeping and left without getting any sleep. The front desk does not carte. I believe they sold the hotel and are just trying to take as much money as possible before the health department closes this place down,

This place was and probably will always remain as the reviews dictate. My first of many complaints was that the staff, nasty and rude chicanas. Zero customer service. Desk clerks protect and hide the general manger, dreama sharma, then says, "Sorry, she's not available (10am) then claiming she was the manager" PLEASE STAY AWAY✌️ Thank me later ! Albert Unit 613. February 4th Hotel. Com will be contacted.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find no mention of ongoing renovations on either the hotel’s website or the third-party booking site. Accessing the front of the hotel with a vehicle was quite challenging due to extensive construction work taking place. The check-in process was relatively smooth, but upon reaching our room, which was advertised as having two double beds with a full ocean view, we discovered that we had been assigned a room with double beds overlooking the pool and only a partial view of the ocean. I returned to the front desk to address this discrepancy, but despite presenting evidence of my reservation, they refused to accommodate my request for the room I had paid for, leaving me with no option but to accept the situation. Upon inspecting the room, as I typically do in hotels, I found trash and candy under the beds, and the toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed. The curtains appeared to have been soiled, and the mechanism for opening and closing them was carelessly placed on the non-functional air conditioner. The images I have shared illustrate the unsightly conditions that one would not wish to view from the balcony. Additionally, the constant construction noise disrupted any hope of peace during our stay, which was one of the primary reasons for our visit. The hotel’s layout posed a significant safety concern, as there was only one entrance and exit, raising alarms about potential fire hazards. The front desk staff informed us that the side door and the beach access were both closed. Furthermore, a large industrial trash bin obstructed the entrance, complicating parking during check-in. It seems there is a lack of oversight regarding housekeeping, as it appeared that some staff members were more focused on drinking than on maintaining cleanliness. This situation is quite unfortunate; perhaps if more attention were given to proper cleaning practices, the rooms would be in better condition. Complaining seems futile, as there appears to be little concern for guest feedback. Regarding breakfast, the offerings were minimal, consisting of a few muffins, slices of bread, and bagels. While there was an option to make waffles, I hesitated to do so given that only one staff member was present in the kitchen and this individual is using her phone excessively in various locations without any consideration for hygiene,(the way she was hacking was disgusting) as she is neither covering her mouth nor wearing a mask. This experience has been the most disappointing I have encountered in a hotel. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Room was nasty staff was OK. They did swith our room but it appeared to be under renovation. Bathroom floor looked nasty. We will not stay there again as it was not worth $200. They should post on the website that they are renovating I'm not sure if they would be better off tearing it down and start over.

Don't stay here!!!!! This place is disgusted we stay here for family vacations and the hotel needs a lot maintenance.. the building is falling a part…. The front desk lady was really rude, the AC was broke and leaking, the carpet was full of water and start to smell bad. I went to let them know and they do nothing about it. We were with the bad smell our whole stay. The employees need to improve a lot they customers services is really poor. And the finish touch was we saw a cockroach. This hotel is pet friendly and that was ok for us but when we get home we have a few fleas in our towels and clothes so you may want to leave your suitcases Outside for a few days before put in your house.
