DO NOT STAY HERE! I am not one to typically leave a review however. As someone who travels frequently this was the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We found roaches in our room. They moved our room only for us to find small black bugs and blood on the beds. We went to check out of the hotel and did give them our room keys. However management will not speak to you if you have an issue. They will drop off their husband and leave to avoid issuing you a check out confirmation. I simply asked for a confirmation stating I check out of the room and they stated only a manager was able to issue me this confirmation. I then asked about a refund for the remaining night as stated by their website that you will only get charged for one night if you cancel. They stated they would not be able to issue me a refund or a check out confirmation.

Terrible place to stay!!! My daughter’s wallet was stolen and then she got locked out of her room. The office closes at 10 and she had to sleep out side until they opened at 10 the next day!! Then they tried to charge her for an extra day. The staff was rude and it they didn’t have an emergency number posted for anything after hours.

I arrived on Breeze inn's property on 9/30/2023 as I had reserved. The first thing I noticed was a sign in the parking lot saying "Beach Parking $10" I went in to register and was immediately told that the motel would not be able to honor my reservation because my vehicle, a ford f-150, was too big for their lot. They told me that I could get a refund for the reservation through Hotels.com. I told them that they were lying and that I would never get a refund, which turned out to be the case after lengthy communications with Hotels .com. These people at Breeze Inn are about the most two faced people I have ever dealt with. Do not ever give them any money. you will be ending your vacation early just as I did.

The best feature of Breeze Inn is its proximity to the beach. Cons: unattractive room, lack of amenities, cleanliness is just okay, shabby furnishings. Pros: suite was roomy, beds comfortable, quiet, fridge and microwave. Great for a family!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY, EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE WITH FAMILY. ROOMS ARE 2 ROOMS SUITES AND VERY SPACIOUS. FRONT DESK STAFF VERY ACCOMODATING.
