They are not only dog-friendly but have one flat rate of $75 for the entire state, unlike other hotels, which charge $50+ per night for one pet. The suite comes with a full-size fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, regular electric oven, coffee pot, toaster, sink, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay. It's a charming hotel for the price. However, the ice maker was broken, and maintenance replaced it with a new one on the second day. The elevators quit working for a while on day three. The staff are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me mail back a few hats I left behind in a prepaid FedEx package. They have all the items you can ask for in a continental breakfast.

This is a shout out to Andrea at the front desk. We are currently staying at the hotel and have stayed there this past September. We were very happy with our room, the free breakfast, happy hour and free laundry services. This time we were not happy with our room and I spoke to Andrea who gave us another room right away and even upgraded us. We so appreciate it and will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area visiting family.

It tried to be a great hotel but kept disappointing. It was listed as contactless checkin. Their version was that you could reserve through the app but you still had to go to the front desk to pick up keys. We brought our food to eat in the room which worked great. But leaving the next morning we found out that they had no ice machines. Had to stop at gas station to buy some. Couple of lights didn’t work. Felt a bit worn around the edges. The bed was nice. Room was quiet. Nice toiletries in bath. It was good for the price. Could have been great if they worked a little harder.

As soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted by Andrea Myers. She helped me find the hotel. She gave me a disability room I requested. The room was clean and I was grateful for StayBridge how they honored my request. The next day the young man , Darrion Gibson let me know about the menu for breakfast. He treated me like family. That I enjoyed very much. Even the young ladies who clean the rooms were also friendly and very respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at StayBridge. Quiet quiet at nite. Even when I checked out Darrion was friendly and respectful. Kudos StayBridge for these friendly people who work for StayBridge.

First, the not so good. The hotel is in need of some proper maintenance. There are stains on the carpet, the pool is filthy, little bits of this or that give the hotel a used, old feel about it. It needs a good updating. Now the good part. The Staff! Ms. Jay, Martha and Tri, three of the front desk employees, are fantastic. Always helpful and available. And the housekeeping staff do an amazing job on cleaning up the room. Plus the breakfast/ social hour employee is always on top of things, always pleasant.
