Bad experience before we even checked in. No excuse for it as it was management that created the issues. Might be a decent place, but be warned there's an air of entitlement and "the customer is wrong" mentality conveyed by those that run the hotel.

This is just horrible we can’t even shower and trying to use bathroom with ants crawling at our feet there were also spiders Our one night stay is completely ruined ,I am reporting this to Hilton corporate office and the dept of health in my own opinion this is not acceptable

A good half point if you traveling between New Jersey and South Carolina. One night stay. Very nice location. very close to restaurants and activities. We had a one king bed with sofa bed. Good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again.

Great stay! We had a family reunion at a nearby hotel that had AC issues (it was 100 degrees + the day of check-in). Luckily the Home2Suites saved the day! Great mini-kitchen setup (no stoves but no big deal - everything else you need is there), quiet indoor pool and grill area with umbrellas and tables. Walking distance to TGIF Fridays, Olive Garden, McDonalds and Sheetz. Loved it and will definitely stay there again! Shout out to Kristopher who made the transition from hotel to hotel in the midst of a reunion seamless. He was so great a few of our family members moved from the old hotel to this one. You can't put a price on great customer service but you can write a glowing review when professionals excel at it :-).

Gives me great pleasure to tell how Renee,Genesis,Ursula, Alana and Alexandra went out of their way above and beyond to make our stay the happiest week of our life. Because of the great service making my wife feel so special. We will be planning our next trip to Richmond Virginia and for sure we will stay at Home2 Suites Richmond Glenside, VA. Renee and Genesis made sure that all my wife queries concerning reservations were resolved. Because of their caring and personal touch I know Renee and Genesis definitely made sure everything was taken care of for us.
