DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Midlothian

The hotel was very clean and had just been remodeled so very up to date. The staff were very friendly and helpful…..Jeanette in the restaurant and Elliot at the front desk were both the best!!! We were at the hotel for a soccer tournament and it was very busy but all the staff were still so friendly and attentive.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and it had all that we needed. The staff was friendly and professional. We were thrilled at how well taken care of we were by the breakfast staff in particular. Jeanette and her colleagues made us feel right at home in an otherwise long weekend away.

Great stay at Doubletree for my granddaughter's soccer tournament...Of course, the price of rooms were rather high due to the tournament. There was no breakfast included and I was told that since I wasn't with the specific soccer team staying there (I couldn't get a room where my granddaughter was staying; another Hilton as they were booked), I wasn't entitled to a breakfast discount. The best part of our stay was a very friendly front desk receptionist, Elliott...We arrived rather late and my one granddaughter decided to stay with us though her luggage was with her parents....I inquired about a toothbrush...Elliott could not have been more accommodating...He offered us cookies. When my granddaughter said she couldn't have nuts, he happily provided an alternative. He told us about the pool...I explained that I was unsure if there was a bathing suit in her luggage....The next morning he saw us and asked if we had a bathing suit....couldn't believe her remembered us and our conversation. Such an asset to the hotel.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament in March 2025. Hotel was newly renovated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our server Jeanette in the hotel restaurant was great! The surrounding area has plenty of shopping and dining options.

Nice hotel. Clean. Good bartender and friendly local clientele. Jeanette our breakfast server was delightful. Water pressure could be better. I slept fine but hubby said he kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Didn’t bother to ask for a room change. Note that our double room was 2 doubles not 2 queens. Friendly front desk.
