My husband and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway for our anniversary - staying just one night. The property itself seem nice at the lobby level. Unfortunately, our room on the 6th floor was so dusty, we could right our names on the tables. We ended up using a towel to try to clean some of it off. Since our room was near the elevator, when we were going to sleep, the wind or air from the atrium kept making it seem like someone was trying to get into your room which made going to sleep hard. I woke up with an asthma attack (my guess from the dust). We should have asked for a new room but thought maybe others could be like that too.

Enjoyed a short stay. We had a room on the 9th floor with a city view. Staff service was top notch. The hotel itself is older and could use a refresh. Overall for an order property things were well kept. We also enjoyed the lobby bar and their restaurant on the 1st floor. Food was great but they had the same breakfast buffet every day while we were there.

My first time staying at this property, though I have stayed at countless similar properties in the past. Travel partner this week had stayed here before as part of paid transaction/encounters prior to Covid. Free parking, which was nice. Located near highway in busy area, next door to Hilton HQ. Fairly easy commute to Dulles, and in fact, saw airline crews there. Had requested a high floor a few weeks in advance and as well as 2 days prior to stay, but despite longtime Hilton Lifetime Diamond status, didn't get a high floor room. (Suggeston: put dogs on the ground floor or level 1 or 2; keep them out of elevators with other guests who may not want to be near them or have dog hair on their dress clothes)Breakfast staff were pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast offerings were very good. Plenty of choices for vegetarians, vegans, everyone. Kudos for having almond milk. Ate breakfast there each morning. Exercise room open 24 hours, which was good, though it was very crowded at 6am, and had to wait to use equiment. One treadmill was out of order all week. Did not spend much time at the property during the day. Housekeeping varied a lot from day to day in timing as well as how room was serviced. One day we left property at 745 am and returned after 3pm, and room had not yet been made up (and no, there was no DND sign on the knob) This was inconvenient. All in all, stay was fine, pretty much as expected. Would recomend if this is the area you need to be in.

Ok---so I am a Hilton Diamond member and this criticism applies to virtually every single Hilton on the East Coast. I live in Denver and regularly fly to the East Coast, arriving around 11pm (AND HUNGRY). No Hilton restaurants stay open past 10pm, so invariably I am left eating out of the horrible cupbard of crackers and cookies next to check-in desk (a fate I would not inflict on my worst enemy). It's a HILTON, and they haven't figured out how to make food available late for West Coast travelers. I can think of perhaps a dozen good solutions to this problem that won't cost Hilton a fortune, but since Hilton's HQ is in Virginia (just down the road) none of the execs or staff have experienced this problem (as they just go home after arriving on the East Coast) so they ignore it. Ping me and I'll be happy to offer suggestions. OR just ask ANY AI program and they will give you some great suggestions (hints: partner with local restaurants/allow preorders to be waiting/up your game on room service and keep it open past the latest flights/etc etc). I continue to be amazed after decades of travel with Hilton that they utterly and completely ignore this issue.

If you want to be depress, you’re in the right place. Place is dusty, and super quiet. We’re already sad that we send off my mother in law to the airport so we were looking for a happy place to stay before we go back home. Unfortunately, other hilton hotels are better. No microwaves in the room. You can only find a cery small one in ice and vending machine in 3rd and 9th floor. Place is just depressing.
