Comfort Suites Manassas Battlefield Park

My friends car was towed from the parking lot after you had a group of wedding people take up the entire parking lot spaces .. this cost an extra $280.00 on 9-1-2024 No one warned us not to park on the other side of the driveway. We have stayed here for 3 years - each year for 2 nights each.

We always chose Comfort Inn when we traveled, but lately it's gone downhill. In Manassas, the TV had no working channels, ice machine broken and employees who aren't able to respond appropriately. The place appears clean, doesn't have the freshness the franchise once had.

The first thing is the bed, that bed was horrific. Hated this stay so much. First the noise! You can hear everything, the road noise is horrible. The hotel itself looks run down. The shower was nice and hot. The food was good and hot, dining room was clean. Would never stay here again.

We have stayed at many Comfort Suites in the past. This was was not as nice as the others we have stayed at. The room could have used a deep cleaning and there are a few maintenance things that should be done. Nothing major, but the hotel felt a little old and run down. The beds were firmer than I prefer, and the fold out couch is just a single and only accommodates a child. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast room was spacious and offered a lot of hot and cold options.

In town for a competition and the staff was awful! Everyone but Cynthia was rude, and or didn’t speak English and didn’t offer us another Avenue for help! We couldn’t find the stairs during an emergency when the ambulance came. Also, numerous ambulance and cops came several times in our 2-night stay! Homeless people littered the stairs and lobby, and staff won’t remove them without police present. You can wait up to an hour while a homeless drug addict roams the lobby and fitness area. **Pool and hot tub broken ** Unable to use and ist by the fireplace because it was roped off for a wedding. **Host hotel for an event and there was no signage, no water avail SEVERAL times for a FITNESS competition. NO NO NO Never again!
