Middlebury Inn is tired and many of the staff are just rude. It looked like they haven’t vacuumed the stairs carpet in months. The location is great and the price was reasonable but why not have some minimal level of customer service? The late night guy on duty could not have been much more demeaning.

The room was clean but had a few flaws. Sink splashed over everything and TV was small and difficult to read closed captioning. There was no dining service Sunday evening and places in town were limited. The staff was great!
