In short, this was a stay that was so average that I would not recommend or consider returning to this location. Upon arriving at the hotel at 8pm on a Friday night, it was extremely difficult to find parking in their cramped underground garage. For a hotel so large, it was surprising that their garage was so small. It took several drives around to finally find an open spot. Check-in was slow. There was only one agent working. The lobby was a bustling place and full of people. I was surprised they didn’t have more people working at the front desk. Our room was average and felt kind of dingy. This is a word that I’d use to describe much of the overall feel of this hotel. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep close to the airport, I’d suppose this is fine enough. But, if you’re looking for a place to stay while exploring DC, there are so many better options available.

Jamil was the representative who checked us in for Southwest Airlines and he always so nice and gracious and helpful. He took care of all our needs and answered any questions we had. Good job to him. When I needed information on parking for my guest he told me exactly what I needed to do and where to go

Betania is awesome she does the most to make guests happy and secure during their trips and stays.super friendly, nice and knowledgeable of the area and what's offered in the form of entertainment and food.I highly recommended you ask for her by name so she can give you the experience you deserve

The room wasn’t very clean but when we entered the hotel Betania was the one that checked us in and she was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, she’s such a good person, she helped us with all of our questions and she’s the nicest person ever omg, we love her!!
