Extended Stay America Select Suites Salt Lake City Sandy

Have stayed here years ago and it was adequate but it is now marginal as a place to stay. Staff was super limited but friendly but had little ability to respond to needs, ie. shower didn’t work. They advertised everything you need for your stay but they had nothing in terms of dishware,utensils, etc. Had to go to Walmart and outfit kitchen for my week stay. It appears to me it is now housing for people in need or housing read into that what you want. Airbnb were nonexistent due to holiday week or wouldn’t have stayed here but needed a kitchen.

Melissa was an amazing manager! From being so accommodating when me and my family came late from Denver. To being so kind with my 2 year old! Much love from the Narvaez fam in unit 327. Thank you again so much!!

I have enjoyed staying here at ESA. The staff and Management were phenomenal. They were very helpful and friendly. The manager, Melissa was awesome! She was so impressive as she wore many hats in her job.

Greeted by cigarette butts all over the place. Can't imagine when the last time the landscaping had thee multitude of cigarette butts cleared out . Made me want to turn around and run, but had a reservation so went it. Room was clean but wouldn't go back again because of the whole front area is so dirty and unkempt.

Guests are not held accountable for noise disturbances. If you complain about pounding on the walls while you try to sleep, you will be the one threatened. The hotel only cares about taking your money and not the quality of your stay.
