Stratford Court Hotel

Perfect location to enjoy the Utah Shakespearean Festival, which is two blocks away. Centro Woodfired Pizzeria is across the street and not to be missed. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. I found everything clean and tidy. Great place to enjoy the City.

We were staying on the bottom level. We opened the door to the dark room and found our way to the window. We opened the dark, dusty drapes to find a lovely ground level view of weeds and garbage. The window was open and there was not a screen on it. We shut the window to make sure it would lock and it did. Next stop was the bathroom. The floor had quite a lot of hair on it. If they didn't sweep or vacuum the bathroom floor what other area did the forget to clean.🤢 Lucky for me I had a bag of cleaning products in my car. We cleaned every surface we could and hoped for the best. We didn't unmake the beds. We chose to sleep on top of the bedding. The towels were old and worn out and they were a variety of different shades of white/grey. Pros Inexpensive The location is lovely. Close to the college and Shakespeare theater. I won't be staying here again

The hotel is really nice, they have a breakfast but I wasn't way impressed; unless you want the great waffles that so many hotels offer they did have that. It was overall a great experience. Walking distance to any of the great Shakespeare festival activities that are offered by the festival.

Wonderful beds, blackout curtains, quiet. Loved my balcony. Has a hot tub and the pool is at sister property El Rey. Very close to Utah Shakespeare Festival and two great restaurants--Centro for Pizza and Salad, Brick House for great sandwiches. I'll be back. Very important I can sleep well, enjoy a nice bath.

A good hotel just a block from the Festival grounds and Southern Utah University, and on Main Street. Easy walking to many places. Clean hotel with in-room refrigerator and coffee maker. Modest breakfast provided.
