The accommodation in Beaver was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of warm water for a nice shower. We didn't find any shampoo, so it was lucky we had brought our own. Good value for the price paid. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Great coffee!

The visit at this property was as good as could be expected! The staff was great and they met all of our needs. Having a very good Denny's right next to it was a bonus! The access to the property was very good. The staff was very professional and very accommodating.

This is a very good place to stay. I paid just $104 for a two-queen room. The motel is about 5 years old and has a Dennys restaurant just 150 feet away. The beds were perfect and everything was clean. The only two downsides were: 1. Their complementary breakfast is very meager -- just a little fruit and some bagged pastries; 2. The mini fridge has NO small freezer compartment.

Spent 1 night here during a road trip. Its not good. Bed sheets had stains, and I saw roaches in the bathroom. Beds were ok, wifi worked ok. Carpeting was filthy & stained. Front desk had 1 person during peak check in hours, and was slow & overwhelmed.

The custom Inn was very good. I had problems sleeping but that was not their fault. The breakfast was good but always only partly ready. The eggs were first, but no bacon, potatoes or sausage and any of that came in about 15 minutes, late,
