Wonderful one night experience. Attending the Tobin center, 3 minute walk around the corner. The room was clean & huge, although there was not a microwave. No problem for one night. The young men doing valet parking were courteous & quick. One retrieved our car just so we could get our umbrellas. Another had a car ready at check-out, I didn't even have to request it. Bought the breakfast, it was delish!

I was in town for work and my wife and i stayed here. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The breakfast was so good and the service was amazing. Stephanie and Rudy were great. The only downside was our room was next to the valet and the ac would blow our curtains open but other than that everything was great.

I stayed here 3 nights during a recent trade show at the convention center. The room was clean & comfortable, and reasonably quiet. I want to recognize two members of the staff who gave especially outstanding service. First, Laura at the front desk. As sweet and helpful as she could be. Second, Chastity in the restaurant. Swift and efficient and a joyful person. Thank you !!

The tvs are extremely outdated w no apps or new shows available. Very behind the times w no Prime or Apple TV app along w screen sharing as last resort. Hotel is avg but is clean and has decent staff and help. The beds were a surprise and actually comfortable

The hotel was nice and in good location to the River Walk. We were given an hour early check in per our request. Room was clean and spacious but bathroom a little small. There was a light out by the bed and when I reported it to housekeeping it was replaced quickly. Cost was about $50 to $75 too high. Unfortunately, a gun I kept in my center console was stolen by the valet parking attendants. My car was not broken into and nothing was ransacked. There were 3 bottles of wine in the back cargo area that were not taken. When they took it they did not want anything to look out of place. Guy Vargas with parking said he would call me back with names of those working while my car was with them for the police report and it took over 24 hours and another call from me for him to call me back. He then informed me he could not give me names and asked if I wanted to file a claim but then took another 24 hours and another phone call from me to learn the claim was for my insurance which he did not explain. While waiting for calls from him I reached out and left a vm for the GM Joshua Watka to inform him of the delay in getting responses from the valet manager and what had happened. It has been about 5 days he has not returned my call. Do not use their valet parking. No one at any time ever expressed concern or an apology for what has happened. Almost like, they hear this all the time. Because of this, I would not stay here again.
