Traveled to Houston for a project at Texas Southern University Hyatt did not disappoint with their welcoming hospitality. My wife got a good nights rest. In the morning we had breakfast, the biscuits and gravy were delicious as well as their thick cut bacon. Nearby there’s a shopping area with lots of food options, we went to Hopdoddy for a late dinner.

Very welcoming and clean, excellent breakfast! Friendly staff that are always smiling and quick to attend to the guests. I’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel and I am never disappointed, I was travelling with a large group and everyone seemed satisfied with their visit.

Very nice modern hotel. Rooms were little smaller than some suites I've stayed in, but room were very nice and clean with comfortable bed. Still fantastic hotel in NW part of Houston with restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value.

This hotel is not what I would have expected of Hyatt. The room wasn't clean, the breakfast was powdered eggs that were often cold. No Spoons and no personnel to ask for utensils at 830am. Staff seemed ok but didn't make much of an effort. I was very disappointed

Specified in my reservation to be placed on the top floor, they did not honour that and placed my on the second floor. The place is loaded with noise , door slammers, and stompers. I asked to be moved and princess at the front desk wanted to charge me "5 dolla" fee for requesting to move due to the inadequacy of construction of the hotel. I asked her to waive it and she never called me back, extremely combative and no customer service mind set at all. It seems this place is managed by females, so that explains the rudness!
