We were in Nashville for New Year’s Eve festivities. I picked this hotel based on price and its positive TripAdvisor reviews. The room is fantastic. Set for more of an extended business stay we appreciated having a full fridge in our room. We really enjoyed the separate bedroom with a separate living room and full kitchen amenities. The bathroom was nice sized and everything was in working order. My only minimal complaint was that the room didn’t have a luggage rack in the room. I find those to be incredibly helpful with luggage when I am traveling. The front desk employee Chira was an absolute pleasure during our check in. I can highly recommend staying at this Candlewood Suites hotel.

Had a great stay! Very comfy and clean, staff was helpful and friendly, I had a question at night time and Darryl at the front desk was a huge help and very accommodating. I'd definitely visit again.

As platinum IHG members we have stayed at this location over 20 nights this year and the last time we vowed to not stay here again because of the inferior and unwelcoming front desk service. The rooms are and have always been consistently clean and we really wanted this place to work for us so we gave it another chance on our current week stay. We are so glad we did. The property finally got a manager this place deserves. Darrell is a pro and his customer service skills are extraordinary. We actually thought he was the owner by the way he took ownership of everything we needed. What an amazing asset to a property that was good but was not valued by past team members until now. We really hope the franchisee sees and appreciates this new, experienced and dedicated professional whose name is Darrell and the value he brings to this property. This property has tremendous potential and we see that Darrell has already made significant changes just in his short tenure. Darrell is an outstanding ambassador for the IHG brand and we congratulate everyone involved. Loyal IHG members.

Do not stay here. The front desk staff including manager are rude and lazy. Read other reviews to verify this review. No towels, soap doesn't get replensished, have to ask for room to be cleaned. No one works the front desk. they sit in this back area and yell over to you, can I help you or what do you need. they sit back there and Facetime with whoever. As an IHG member for many years and frequent business traveler, I have never seen anything like this.

This place is gross. Elevator smells like dog pee, no blowdryer in the room and manager on staff couldn't get me a replacement, no remote control for TV (was replaced). The only saving grace was the person staffing the front desk was nice.
