Room was not clean and on the second day no cleaning service was provided so only choice to use dirty towels…when questioned they only provide every other day service ….no where can you easily find this limitation…in addition my cost for two days was abot 250 dollars and they pre charged my American Express 1560 dollars …when confronted they denied that 3 ..520 pre charges were put on card …American express confirmed that 3 520 charges were made from the hotel…most terrible experience I’ve ever had …I can be contacted at mfoster@scprop.us

The hotel manager stole money from me, right off my credit card. They doubled charged me for my one night stay. Then they removed me from the hotel for disputing the charges.Stay away from this hotel and the manager Dafne Gutierrez and her associate Lorena.

Had an issue with a reservation. Called and talked to a front desk person who told me to call back and talk to the manager. Called two days in a row, left a message, and still no return phone call. Also called corporate Marriott and about the same results.

Staff is super friendly. Check in was smooth. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Big screen television was nice to watch the game. Gym was very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. This is hidden gem.

Closet available hotel to our basketball tournament and it was worth the drive. clean, surprisingly roomy, nice staff, and safe place. This location seemed fairly new. We would stay again if we came to the greater Houston area.
