Great hotel! We had a nice big room that was perfect for my wife, daughter, and I! She slept on the fold-out couch comfortably and my wife and I slept on the king bed. Staff was kind and courteous. Room was clean and we had everything we needed! Thanks, team!

This was our first stay at a Hampton Inn and we were very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed in room 320 which faced the front and is closer to the main road and it could be that it was quiet due to being off season. Regardless, it was a great stay.

We stayed here before our cruise for one night. The room smelled funny when we entered. There was masking tape over a hole in the ceiling. We were put in a handicapped room (which we did not ask for) and the bathroom had a barn door with the handle missing from the inside. There was never any hot water. We told the front desk but they could have cared less. Will never stay here again.

Standard Hampton Inn except you donā€™t get microwaves in your room and the incompetent staff will not redeem your daily diamond member credits or give you your welcome package. So basically this Hampton is trash. Room smelled weird, like mold/mildew when I arrived as well.

Dontā€™t waste your time. Terrible hotel and even worse management. Not as advertised. Sketchy apartments behind hotel. Grounds unkept. Slow internet. Pathetic breakfast. Hotel smells. I would recommend staying at the Hilton at Clear Lake. Much better for similar rate.
