The staff at the hotel was excellent. Everyone was friendly and awesome. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept without any problems. The bathroom was old and fixtures were a little rusty but it was clean. There is no elevator but it is only 2 stories.

Recommend? -Yes (BUT) Stayed for a little over month. Clean but carpets felt and smelt dirty. Had to update my keycard what felt like every over day, and I was on third floor so that was a drag. Price of staying fluctuated and that was also annoying, but I do understand why they do it. Elevator didn’t work for 3-4 days also. I worked a schedule of 8-9pm and you’d imagine all those things annoyed me. JUST BE READY TO UPDATE KEYCARD

Stayed here for 3 weeks while in the area for work. Easy check in. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The room I had was a king suite. Bed was comfy. I did not use the cook top while there but it did have one. I did try and use the silverware that was in the room but it seemed like the previous guests never washed anything. All the silverware was in the dishwasher with dried on food and brown spots. That was the only issue i had with the room while there. Also due to the cleaning crew leaves at 3pm the latest you can check out is noon. All the staff that I felt with were very nice.

It was a last minute booking. The suite was incredible for the low price. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Many nice restaurants in close proximity. Mall close by. Will stay again!!

Late night check in so the next morning I noticed the Microwave did not work, TV did not work, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the last people that stayed in the room. Told the front desk about it so they can address while i was out for the day. Came back the same thing nothing had been done. The housekeepers came in but never did anything with the dirty dishes they left them in the dishwasher. TV was not fixed and microwave was not fixed. Smoke alarm was pulled off the ceiling and put on the shelf with no batteries installed. Went to tell them i was checking out early and then they offered to switch me rooms. While checking out they told me it was going to be a charge for early check out but they will waver that but had to wait for the manager to come in to do that. Then they said it will take 7 days to refund the money i paid for the other nights that I wasn't staying for. Worst experience with the Choice Hotels brand.
