Sonesta Simply Suites Plano Frisco

I have stayed here in May 2023 for one week ,Thought of extending my stay after the worst experience we had in this hotel vacated in one week .I never experience such a worst hotel ..Room smells like rotten cabbage ,House keeping not done .

. Me and my younger friend visited this place. It was his first time in a hotel and so he told the front desk that he smokes outside. There was no need for him to- he did so to be respectful and show he was abidding by the rules. The hotel charged us an extra 300 for smoke in the room. No one smoked in the room. I was in the room the whole night and he never smoked in the room. Honestly I think they profiled him because of the way he spoke and dressed. Little did they know that we are not uneducated hood rats. Their handling of tge situation was completely unprofessional. They ignored us and never called back. This is THEIFT from an establishment. It is illegal. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and letting it be known their biased mistreatment. I will never support this company or its affiliates again. I highly suggest no ones of any color go here. God forbid you're honest

The staff was delightful and it was friendly and clean. The other patrons were pleasant. I’m glad my other hotel cancelled our prepaid reservations and we ended up here. Temperature control worked well. Bed was just right. Kitchen was surprisingly nicely done. Full sized refrigerator.

You get a full kitchen so for the price, that's really good but the mattress was so bad that I had to sleep on the floor. I don't even have back problems but I back started to hurt after about 5 minutes on the bed. Also I know for the price they wouldn't clean the room everyday but they could at least collect the garbage.

Have used this hotel before. Rooms are. Nice had 2 queens. Has a first floor workout room with washer and dryer. Only has coffee no breakfast included. Only cleans room once a week or after you leave. Price,was good with kitchen included.
