Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Plano Richardson

We had to transfer to this hotel after there were health / cleanliness concerns at the quality inn Plano Richardson nearby. We were traveling for work and this Marriott saved our trip. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was friendly. The gym was new and clean. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this location in high regards.

In May 2024 at stayed at this hotel with a large business group. We used the hotel conference room and some of the Bistro for a 1.5 day team meeting. Casey and Matthew were spectacular hosts, attending to our every need- they were amazing! 100% great experience and a truly professional and kind team all around. I would do it all again- if given the chance time and money very well spent! Thank you so much Marriott for hiring an retaining incredible talented people that make a difference.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional, with a friendly and professional staff ensuring a comfortable stay. The facilities are top-notch, well-designed rooms and modern amenities. You also have a Starbucks inside for convenience. The room was also clean, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was faultless. The central location adds to the overall convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Stayed two nights while visiting friends. Clean large room. Quiet (besides highway noise). Close to "downtown" Plano. Didn't attempt breakfast ( I don't think they really have one?). No complaints....

Modern hotel along George W Bush Highway, which does make rooms facing the highway to be noisy. The hotel does not offer free hot or cold drinks, as many others offer in the very same location. Breakfast is also by Starbucks branch inside the hotel. Could do more.
