Super 8 by Wyndham Palestine

Stayed one night, Polar Express weekend with the family. Room clean, bed comfortable, No fault of hotel, but upstairs room I heard their footsteps so bothersome, but I was exhausted and fell asleep after some time. Next time will request a room with no room above mine. Was pleased with stay.

Loud noises upstairs throughout the stay especially at 11-12 at night. Sounded like ppl were working on the roof or a stampede of ppl with huge work boots was going on. AC smelled weird at times. Room is decent. Small breakfast selection, but good. Plenty of parking. Overall, good place to stay for a night or 2.

When we got to our room it was very dirty. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and had mud caked on it, when I pulled the sheets back it looked like there was tiny blood stains on the sheet set. The other Queen bed had hair in the pillow and looked like makeup on the flip side of it. We actually ended up driving home 2 hours instead of staying. I’m actually VERY surprised this motel received such great reviews because it’s absolutely filthy. When we told the front desk they refused to give us a refund.

Excellent staff. They were so helpful when I accidentally booked a smoking room with Hotels.com and needed a nonsmoking room. Hotels.com were not helpful but the staff at this Super 8 were wanting to make it work for me which they did! One suggestion is to mop the wood floors after each booking. They were a bit dirty on bare feet.

The upstairs room was making the most racket I’ve ever heard in my life at midnight and I called the front desk and they shut it down quickly. So thankful for that. The bed was huge and comfy and the room was clean. The ac worked great and it wasn’t packed
