Blue Hills Ranch

I had the most incredible experience at Blue Hills Ranch! We drove in from Austin for the Safari Adventure and Bottle Feeding experience, and from start to finish, everything was beyond amazing. Our guide, Kara, made the tour truly unforgettable. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals, sharing fascinating facts throughout the entire experience. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking, and we got an up-close, thorough look at all the wonderful animals that call it home. You can truly feel the love and care that goes into this place. Will definitely be visiting again!

The owner and staff were so nice, knowledgeable and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. The experiences with the animals were unforgettable. Each activity, from hand feeding the camels and cows, to bottle feeding the baby kangaroo, and playing with the otters, felt intimate; like these were my animals in my own ranch. The cabin we stayed in was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay over Thanksgiving week. Our cabin was so comfy and cozy and had all the amenities we could want. Slept like a rock, then woke up to zebras and an emu right outside our front porch. Everyone was really friendly and we could wander around and hang out with many of the animals. We did the Otter Playtime in the morning before we left and I can't recommend this enough! It was definitely playtime and we had an absolute blast.

Since my wife loves animals, we decided to celebrate her birthday with our sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren at the Blue Hills Ranch. It was the best celebration ever! Highly recommend this experience for anyone who loves animals.

We traveled 1200 miles here for our 10th anniversary and stayed 3 nights in the giraffe cabin. The staff was exceptional and made our time there precious, we were sad to leave. The animals are the highlight of this ranch and you can see all the staff loves and cares for them like their own. Get the “all inclusive “ package and you can interact with whichever animals you want for as long as you want. Hand feed and snuggle giraffes and otters, yes that’s right, snuggle them. We’ll definitely be back next year, hopefully with our adult daughter’s.
