I arrived at Exstended Stay. March 2024. At first, things were pretty good. Ive been here, since March 2024 to the present. Its August 2024. The reason i haven't relocated. First its closer to my jobs. I use uber. Locating is great.i have business in another city, in the processes of completing. This wrks for me, for the time being. This is were, the service has gone down hill. I put photos on Google Map..u can view. My door to the room, has not function for over 2 months. Maintenance came by, told me himself the bolts in the box thats allows your door to open and close correctly was striped. I thought for sure he would be back to fix. Dint happen. Also today i went to turn my towels in, i could not get a face towel. This property has gone down. The reason i havnt left.I will have to pay taxes, at another property, and its close to jobs. My stay is getting close for me to leave. In the mean time. You would think Management would see to residents getting things fixed. Other that. All is well.

Connie A. is always very helpful in coordinating 14-Day room cleaning with me. I work remotely, via the interwebz, and I am almost always working during regular business hours, so I'm not so easily able to make my room available for cleaning. She's very understanding and patient with me and my schedule. I know this is not convenient for her and I am very appreciative of her willingness to try and work with me, when possible. Where to start
I chose this location due to reviews and a recommendation was made. Immediately I noticed that the hotel across the street had homeless individuals wandering the parking lot and the restaurant staff encouraged me to find a different location if traveling alone due to “safety concerns” but I tried to give it a chance. As soon as I walked into the Lobby, I could smell a type of “cigarette” and the check-in staff wasn’t very friendly but replied when spoken to. I paid for a week but left after the 2nd night. Upon entering the room, I could see that the room was “remodeled” but everything was outdated-seeming as if only a coat of paint was added and a nice picture thrown on the wall. There were crumbs of food left from a previous guest and some of the blankets had dark stains. The sign on the bathroom mirror stated that management signs off approval as a part of their cleaning checklist
doubtful. Anyway, I was exhausted and went to bed. The next night, I went into the kitchen area and watched a roach scurry across the floor, under the gap beneath the door, and into the hallway. Fast forward, I got up around 1 am and again noticed a roach in the bathroom area trying to run away into a tiny hole in the baseboard. I couldn’t go to sleep after that. After showering, later that morning, I saw another one in the kitchen alongside a few “babies” and decided that was enough. I gathered my things immediately, went down to the front desk, and requested to check out. The positive was that a different employee was present and she was very nice, being understanding of the situation, and was very apologetic. She gave me a full refund for my stay and I left with no intention of going back.

Rooms have been recently renovated feels more like a Staybridge suites. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Things were pretty clean with only the stairwells being slightly dirty during our stay. The flooring is a vinyl that looks like wood. There is a tall boy dresser to store your cloths and a nightstand. Lighting is updated as well with wall lights having outlets and USB connections, track lighting in the kitchenette. Good size table for eating or working and two office chairs. There is a standard chair which is some rooms recline. Kitchenette is the standard ESA setup. Sink, electric range, microwave, and fridge. The countertop is stone which is nice. Had the freezer in one room go out but maintenance took care of it quick. Bathroom is the standard sink, toilet, and shower/tub. Everything was in good working order and shower curtain bows out for more room and curtains were proper length. Used basic wifi for both work and streaming videos on our tablets and didn't have too many issues. Only issue was the rare time it went out for a bit. Bed has no boxspring which is great if you have pets as they tend to get tears and they can climb into them. Close to shopping with Super Target just down the street and plenty of nearby restaurants including a good Cajun restaurant Razzos next door. Easy access to 35E and DFW Airport via 121. Close to PGBT and SRT.

I love this location . The rooms are newly renovated, but not too pricey. The property is well kept and parking is great. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and make the whole stay comfortable.
