Element Dallas Las Colinas

Excellent hotel, clean, new, close to really good dining options. Superb breakfast omlet and pancake station included. One complaint - the omlet station and breakfast area adjacent to the lobby does not have adequate ventilation and the entire lobby smells of accumulated cooking oil. They need better ventilation and a regular deep cleaning of area. This is the second time in a year I’ve stayed here and the smell in noticeably more present.

Horrible stay! WiFi useless with red warnings both in room and desktop computer in lobby. Not able to use during entire stay. Filthy rooms. No housekeeping. No security.bHot breakfast was cold for those constipated. Beds were uncomfortable. Called half a dozen times during a month for incidental charge to be returned. These are the bad guys in town!

Honestly, I can't remember if anything was bad because the made-to-order breakfast. Montana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with anything we needed. We had to extend our stay and the informed her that the a/c in our original room was not working properly and she made the transition seamless. The location was close to DFW airport which made our trip even better. Did I mention the breakfast? I have been measuring all other hotel breakfast by Element and I am convinced that Element is the best!!!

We are visiting family in Dallas and are staying at the Element for the first time! What a delightful experience!! The property is very clean, modern and chic. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, nice new bathrooms, even filtered water in the rooms! The breakfast is delicious, quality and choices that surpass usual hotel fair and it is included! There is a high end coffee/ cappuccino maker available in the lobby 24 hrs. And the staff, in fact everyone we encountered during our stay ,were simply wonderful… Kind, friendly and very efficient!! I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel.. this is a Marriott property little Gem!!!

I had no complaints! Clean and modern with awesome staff! We felt very at home here yet it was also a little upscale. It had the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The location was so convenient as we had to go to Fort Worth and Dallas on different days. I wish the pool had more separation from the parking lot, but that’s just a minor thing.
