Best Western Ingleside Inn & Suites

I used this property for my lodging needs while attending a 2-day walking event in nearby Rockport. I was totally impressed by this hotel, took awhile to figure out how to operate the tv, but scrabble egg & sausage breakfast was fantastic, I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been a great stay. I have visited this hotel probably 9 times in the last month. Holly has always been very respectful, pleasant and helpful. Definitely deserves a raise

We had one night we couldn’t use one of the beds at all due to the ceiling leaking on it. The first day the ac was hanging out of the wall & leaking water all over the corner of the room soaking the carpet & our stuff. The room was dirty when we arrived & was not cleaned once during our 5 night stay. A couple of the days we were told they had no clean towels available. 2 of the mornings we went down for breakfast before 7:45am & it was cleared out with no one around restocking. The most basic things that we paid for & that every hotel should be offering were not available at this property!

Need cleaner rooms. A/C to the tub and sheets. Bed sheets felt gridy stained bet cover looked like blood. Tub stained couldn’t take a bath felt might catch something. A/C covered in dust had to clean off to get air out. Only positive two ladies we encountered at front desk. They were awesome but can tell over worked

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfy.
