The Good: The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, can't tell you how many times I lost or forgot my key and they helped me out. The breakfast always had something hot (eggs, sausage, pancakes and waffles). Having a spacious room with a second lockable door for the bedroom was nice in keeping out hallway noise. The bad: Wi-Fi... It looks like they cheaped out on Wi-Fi. It would at times be hard to connect, but once you are in the groove watching something on Netflix or YouTube, it will only occasionally pause to catch up. Also, I couldn't connect while in the bedroom, so I just kept my computer on the couch. I've had worse, but if you aren't reliably connecting and staying connected with streaming quality speed, you may as well advertise that you don't have Wi-Fi (disclaimer: I work in IT, I do know what I'm talking about in this area). I'm fortunately not a TV guy... the TVs didn't have signal or didn't work (my computer did work using HDMI, however). The room, while clean, was run down. Had a clogged toilet, it wasn't communicated to housekeeping to fix, so I fixed it myself with their plunger. The bad (news for this hotel): If you are looking for something in this area, there are 5 hotels with similar amenities and competitive pricing. The refresh this hotel needs is almost the only way it stays afloat, because people are going to catch on that this hotel is a portal to 2004, when this hotel was first opened. And nobody wants to go back to 2004, really.

IM A TRAVELING CNA AND I TRAVEL TO A LOT OF STATES AND REFER OTHER CNA TO THE HOTELS I stay.. (Ive never had to give a bad review) Do NOT STAY AT this HOTEL . You will be very disappointed with their attitudes and service. I stayed 5 days and the last 2 days the smoke detectors was going off in my room and I reported it 5 different times and when I return from work it’s still was going off and they say sorry the maintenance is gone for the day. This morning I’m checking out and the elevators were out and I was on the 3rd floor. I called and told them I need help bringing my bags down and The manager Janie came up with another lady to bring my bags down and the manger had the WORST vibes towards me as if I was supposed to bring the bags down the 3 flights of stairs myself. And while I was explaining to her about the smoke detector and the smell of weed in their elevators. She yells snd cuts me off by talking over me and stated that she doesn’t control other people’s action and she can’t stop what they doing in the hotel. I was startled from her getting upset. (I don’t argue with people so I just left)

Multiple car windows busted overnight BUT the lack of empathy from management was disgusting. They claim they would review cameras but when they returned our call it was only to ask my family to RETURN THE $2 SCOTCH TAPE that we borrowed! I think theft is a common occurrence at this location!!!!! Beware!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. My experience with Cassandra Brar at this Comfort Inn location was beyond unacceptable. Her lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and incompetence was appalling. Instead of actively listening to resolve my concerns, she resorted to contacting a representative to fabricate an answer rather than addressing the actual issue. I presented two different reservations and clearly pointed out discrepancies, yet Cassandra insisted the one in my hand (a printed receipt I had specifically requested) was correct despite the obvious conflict. When I pressed for clarity, she escalated the situation by yelling, “I don’t do the messy stuff.” This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful to clients seeking resolution. The issues didn’t stop there. The property itself was equally disappointing: Rooms had no functioning heat in multiple instances (four different rooms!). Breakfast was never ready on time, even at 8:03 a.m., despite being advertised as an included amenity. Cassandra falsely claimed my refund had been processed back to my card, adding further frustration to an already disastrous stay. It’s clear this location lacks competent leadership and attention to basic customer service. Allowing someone like Cassandra Brar to manage operations only damages the Comfort Inn brand. This entire experience was a blessing in disguise because I now know to avoid this property and will warn others to do the same. Comfort Inn, if this is what you consider leadership, you seriously need to reevaluate your hiring and training practices. Also refunds are processed within 10 business days.
