Le Meridien Houston Downtown

Great experience! The front desk staff was pleasant and professional and the welcome beverage was a nice touch. Great food at the restaurant, stunning views at the rooftop bar and the rooms were very comfortable! 10/10 will definitely visit again!

Can highly recommend this hotel. Very clean,staff so friendly and welcoming,our room was really big and the beds incredibly comfy. The gym was really well equipped and spacious and the restaurant and bar top class. The location is just perfect too,within walking distance of everything in the city centre. We really enjoyed it and glad we chose this.

Gilberto was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful during our stay. He took the time to make sure we had our luggage and valet perfect. Thank you, thank you! The morning was quite stressful with the water damage and elevators but he made up for the inconvenience!

My recent stay at Le Méridien Hotel had both highlights and areas that could be improved. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the housekeeping team did a solid job throughout my stay. A standout was the valet service-Omar, in particular, was consistently courteous, efficient, and helpful, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. However, I did feel that the reception experience could have been better. The front desk staff came across as somewhat disengaged, and interactions felt a bit impersonal at times. It would've been nice to experience a warmer, more welcoming approach, especially given the positive service in other areas of the hotel.
