The first room that they placed me in had mold, roaches. When I reported the matter they changed my room. Days later a male worker forced his way into my room without knocking. His excuse was because I requested dry towels but I did not request additional towels because housekeeping came earlier that day. When I reported the situation to the front desk she stated that he was clocked out and that he shouldn’t had been on duty. I reported it to corporate but I didn’t get a call back. Then 2 days later someone broke into my car.

This hotel is overrated. It claims to be business traveler friendly, but rooms are occupied with noisy, multi-family occupants who have nothing to do with business travel. If flying into Hobby, avoid this public shelter if you need to rest

Good staff, room, bed, lighting, price, breakfast, TV channel selections. Older stuff needs replacement, like room furniture, more usb ports, carpet was worn & torn (missing) on the right bedside. The parking is very small, hotel sits in far back while hotel neighbors gate off those entrances.

I booked at 6pm in the evening on the road. I contacted the hotel the next morning to inform them I would be checking in, and the woman told me my night was charged (fair) and that my entire stay was cancelled. This was a stay for 6 nights. My card was already charged. They told me I would receive my refund for the remaining nights I have yet to receive my refund. This was an unfortunate situation. I was completely fine with losing the jight that I didn’t check in, that was fair and made sense, but to cancel the entire reservation, this sent me and my family into a frenzy. We were visiting from Indiana, miles away from home, and then to have our money promised back, but now there is an issue with tracking down who gave me that information. I’ve learned a valuable lesson.

Hotel was OK - hot tub not working and there were no working connections for USB etc - lots of hot water! We experience a barking dog for hours and a family down the hall that figured they rented the entire floor - kids in and out with the doors privacy lock banging the door open every time they ran in and out well after midnight! Not really a hotel but a management issue.
