InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX West Oak

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at bar none. The area had a bunch of really bad characters and I watched a drug deal go down. The next day the window was shattered at the room where drugs were being sold. The management was misleading from the very start and doesn't open until 11:00am to make it inconvenient for their guests. The pillows were terrible, the first ever that I have slept on that had a plastic cover underneath the pillow case. The bed was the worst I ever slept in almost like sleeping on concrete with one layer of a thin sheet covering it. The rooms have a bad smell to them and the air conditioners are window units don't work very well. The carpet smells as if they haven't been cleaned in a while. They claim to have giant 42" televisions but they are the lowest grade of plasma that you'll ever find. Management is terrible at this place and they basically prey on people desperate for a place to stay. Do yourself a favor and don't go here unless its the last place in Hell that you have to stay at.
