PLEASE save your money. This hotel is cheap for a reason. This is a deplorable hotel. It was converted to a Hilton property from a different hotel brand. The staff are extremely rude, the hotel is NOT Hilton quality even for its lower end brands. The staff do not honor Hilton loyalty and are not helpful at all. As a matter of fact they couldn't find our reservation but had not trouble pre-charging our credit card for incidential charges. The digital keys don't work, and they have little to offer in the way of snacks.

This is a former Comfort Inn that was turned into a Spark hotel recently. Even as a Hilton Honors member, Iād never heard of Spark. But, it had the best price of the DFW Hiltons that has a shuttle bus. I had read recent reviews and nearly cancelled. Iām glad I did not. First, I agree with some reviewers in that I wonder why Hilton has decided to include this type of hotel in their repertoire. Itās a very basic hotel, not really meant for a business traveler but for those looking for a bargain and donāt mind ābuilderās gradeā. Having said that, if youāre just looking for a place to sleep at a great price, this is it. Contrary to other reviews, I found the staff to be very pleasant, very accommodating, and focused on service. The room was basic but clean. Bed was comfortable. TV big with good channels and streaming-capable. Shower has plentiful hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast is mainly a bagel bar. Iām not into bagels, but I found something to break the fast. Coffee available at all times. Shuttle bus came to get me at the airport promptly and delivered me the next day as planned. Overall, for the price, worth it.

Waited almost an hour for shuttle late at night freezing outside. Challenges even calling for shuttle, told I didn't have a reservation when I was already checked in digitally & had a room, had to ask where to go, what the shuttle looked like - basic info that I was not given. Accused of being rude and that I needed to "proper myself" by the front desk staff. I travel for a living, and this was quite an "unusual" experience, to say the least. Hotel is pretty dingy as well & needs some love. Hilton needs to check this place out as it is tarnishing their brand with the facility and the staff. Lowest level customer experience of any Hilton property ever & was definitely not valued as an almost lifetime Diamond member. Skip it.

The staff there has been extremely rude and disrespectful. Please do not stay here. I understand that things happen during travel but you do not have to yell at your customers. The least they could do is have the manager call me back and he still hasn't.

Misleading Information, Rude Staff, and Refund Refusal I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We didnāt even end up staying because of how poorly we were treated. Upon check-in, the front desk employee tried charging us $20 per day for parking, despite the website clearly stating that parking is free. When we questioned this, the employee was rude and dismissive. We even contacted Hilton customer service, and their representative confirmed that the website states free parking. The Hilton rep argued with the hotel employee, who refused to listen and resorted to yelling at us instead of resolving the issue professionally. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund our money even though Hilton customer service confirmed they were able to do so. Thankfully, Hilton customer service was extremely helpfulāthey refunded our money and assured us they were starting an investigation into this propertyās behavior. This experience was completely unacceptable. If a hotel cannot honor its advertised policies or treat its guests with respect, it should not be allowed to carry the Hilton name. Recommendation: Avoid this hotel at all costs. Hilton customer service was excellent, but this property is a nightmare.
