We've been staying here for almost three months. The hotel has a great location and is comfortable and has a great location. Beds are comfortable. Hotel staff is amazing - especially Emily - who helped me with a personal disaster tonight that she handled by going so far out of her way to help it bears special recognition. Sheraton needs Emily's in all of their hotels!

We had a great weekend stay here. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. Had great facilities and restaurants. Pool was good. Location was great for restaurants and shopping. Would recommend staying if your in Georgetown. We did a day trip into Austin and it was about 30 minutes. Close enough to go for the day.

Disgusting!!! The sheets were not changed. There were stains on the sheets and sleep wrinkles (see photos). I called down to say this sheets were dirty…the guy came up and passed me the sheets. I don’t live here why should I clean (change sheets) in a room I just walked in. No one ever apologized. This place is awful!!

While there are positives, decent location (note, despite the name this hotel is not in Austin), close to a couple of very good "walk to" restaurants, pleasant spacious lobby with a nice view of greenbelt, and a tremendous walking trail. However, the lack of attention to detail and the "gotcha" on the parking make this a no return for me. The parking fee is not disclosed until you get your confirmation and then it is at the very end. $10 a night to a third-party app that you have to give up privacy to book, coupled with undisclosed fees and taxes, all for a 2/3s empty parking garage. More frustrating, I found out too late that complimentary parking was available. This was never communicated to me at the front desk, even after I protested the "gotcha." Although stains and "little things" are a given in a hotel, the preponderance of small issues were excessive. Our suite living room was stained almost wall-to-wall, broken door handle into the bedroom, difficult thermostats, cheap literally falling apart coffee table, lamps, etc., rock hard stained couch, dinghy brown decor theme, shower control faucet that I could barely turn on (forget it for my wife), flaking ceiling paint in the bathroom, and an undersized bathroom in on oversized suite with a bathroom door that literally required you to back into a corner to close it from the inside, a poor excuse for a "Sheraton Club," poor completely self-serve breakfast buffet with auto 18% gratuity, booking issues...I could go on but you get the point. More suitable and better-managed options are available in the area.

First , this is not a 3 star review for the entire experience here. It’s a lovely hotel with a few noticeable shortcomings, but nothing that is ruining my stay . My review is about breakfast room service. I have always enjoyed treating myself to breakfast room service when staying at a “nice” hotel.. this hotel isn’t Ritz Carlton nice but it is nice enough. And I would not expect it to be comparable to RC. So on arrival of breakfast in my room this morning I was surprised to see nothing but a big brown paper sack on the cart . Long story short the entire breakfast came in a sack with 2 carry out boxes holding the main part. 1 little plastic utensils package. Believe me. The presentation , for me, totally killed the experience of splurging for room service. Note that I am of an older generation and have readily accepted that things change. But room service delivered in sacks and cardboard boxes is one thing I can’t get past. I would very much like to try to understand the reasoning here, although I feel pretty sure this new type of “service” will be blamed on Covid. The least the hotel can do is give notification that the meal will arrive in disposable containers . And yes I will be seeking out the on site manager today.
