BUG!!! And they terrible follow through about it! We didn't discover them until the morning we left. (Bad on my part). My Grandson found them first in the top bunk that had food in it. The bedding had not been cleaned since whoever eats crackers on bed. When we started looking they were everywhere!!! Being unfamiliar with such horror we still dont know what they are. Victorian said fleas, Ryson said carpet beatles, My county health dept said bedbugs!! We had to throw most everything we had out and go buy a new suitcase, clothing, cosmetics, Then laundry mat everything else. Ryson (the rental company place) never even called me back!! Also Rat traps all over the property!!

Unit 4107 was the worse place I have ever stayed at on a vacation. I know each unit is owned independently but a unit like this should not be allowed to be rented out to anyone. We booked through Ryson Vacation rentals. They tried to help but this place was beyond help. They should not allow a unit like this to be rented to the public.

The photos on the site and the actual unit are nothing alike. It is just not maintained or kept up the way it is portrayed. There is not hot water in the kitchen. Only one burner worked on the stove, and the working one did not work for long or well. There were pieces missing from the table, the carpet could definitely use replacing and the walls need some paint. The sofa bed did not fold out correctly and we had to remove the mattress to use for the grandkids to sleep on. The pools are nice and the outdoor grills that are available for use are good.

Avoid at all costs! These condominiums are roach infested and completely ran down. Plenty of better options in Galveston. Never rent from David and Grace! They are dishonest and have filthy properties. After finding roaches in the facility, they accompanied me on a walkthrough of the condo and hairballs were found on bathroom floor, the shower walls and floor had hair all over it, the stove had food on it (no wonder they have a roach problem), the linens were old and dirty. I was then promised a refund and they never fulfilled that promise. Complete scammers!

Enjoyed staying here, especially the pool. Met several residents all who seemed happy living there. The facility is old and in obvious need of updates, but great location and very pretty grounds. Our unit was very, very small. It advertises that it sleeps 6. There were 3 of us and we were cramped. Not a real issue as we basically just slept there, but it certainly could have been uncomfortable with bad weather or any reason that might have kept us inside. The kitchenette was handy and a nice ocean view from the balcony. Note: the elevators did not work properly when they were working at all. Apparently this is an ongoing issue per reside ts.
